Dr. Homme is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics & Emergency Medicine and serves as the Program Director for the Emergency Medicine Residency at the Mayo Clinic; Department of Emergency Medicine, Division of Pediatric Emergency Medicine, at Mayo Clinic College of Medicine.

He is the Course Director for the 2023 ACEP Advanced Pediatric Emergency Medicine Assembly.
