Board of Trustees

Members of the NEMPAC Board of Trustees are appointed by the ACEP President-Elect. The Board approves a federal candidate budget for each election cycle and supports NEMPAC’s annual fundraising campaign. The Board’s evaluation criteria focus on a candidate’s support of ACEP’s key legislative issues, committee assignments, leadership position and the competitiveness of the candidate’s race. In addition, ACEP staff consults with local ACEP members and chapter representatives to identify and evaluate open seat and challenger candidates before recommending support to the NEMPAC Board of Trustees.
